63% Touriga Nacional/ 29% Tinto Cao/ 8% Souzao
This blend, being based on Touriga Nacional, has classic bergamot oil mixed with a blend of herbal, mint and cocoa aromas indicative of the varietal. Full-bodied and quite supple from three years of extended barrel aging. This wine is a worthy successor to our previous release of Epigram. Pair this wine with braised short ribs, roasted tenderloin or a hearty beef stew.
