The 2018 offering reminds of a perfect margarita. Salted lime, sea spray, aloe and pure agave. Super ripe almost candied granny smith apple. The palate is dry, clean, bright and balanced with well integrated CO2. No noticeable residual sugar. Ganeta typifies the Txakoli of this region, while having no frills.
